We have so many students who have new insights and perspectives about Craniosacral therapy. This weekend retreat is our chance to get away and share some of our insights with each other, get some good treatments, and relax and have fun.

Who should come

Heartwood Students who have been using Craniosacral Therapy regularly in their practice for at least one year, and are able to bring some new learning to share that is related to Craniosacral or preparing our minds and bodies to do Craniosacral.

Cost

I will know the 2026 cost in August of 2025. In 2024, the prices were $352 double, $464 single

Price includes room, 6 meals, conference room and all the features of the retreat center — labyrinth, game room, hot tub, pool, lounges, sauna, hiking trails, bonfire plaza.

Friday

1-4 pm: Programing - Learning new CST
4-6 pm: Downtime, check into room.
6 pm: Dinner

7-9 pm: 50 min Craniosacral Treatment trades

Hot tub & pool optional afterwards.

Saturday:

8:00 am: Breakfast

9:30-4 pm Learning from each other. Everybody takes a turn on Saturday or Sunday morning. Janet will arrange the schedule based on what people are offering in order to have a nice mix of material each day. Lunch is at noon.
4-6 pm Downtime

6 pm: Dinner

7 pm: Fire & Fire Ritual

Sunday:

8:00 am Breakfast

9:30 am - noon —More learning from each other.

1-3 pm: Final Trades

Closing Circle: 3 pm

cancellation policy

Unlike our other events, there are no refunds for this event once you pay. You may however, send someone in your place. Mount Olivet has a strict cancellation policy. They fill up fairly quickly and have multiple events going on any given weekend.
